At YouNow I initiated and built the brand and media Partnership Program, scaling it from 0 to more than 20 brands including MTV, NBC, Refinery29, Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, Coca-Cola, Burger King and more.

I developed integration strategy and platform based content targeting GenZ and Millennial audiences, driving millions of views and up to 75% viewers’ participation.

I defined YouNow's initial pitch and offering for brands, which directly led to winning brand contracts, opening new revenue stream for the company.

I managed and strategized RFPs from ideating and building creative proposals to full execution, implementing in-product solutions in collaboration with Product, R&D and Data Science teams.

My work at YouNow led to the creation of two new categories at the Shorty Awards: YouNow Partnerships (live video brand campaigns) and Best Use of YouNow (live programming events and original live content).
